The shared machine is the executor; the satellite client dispatches and verifies.
Roles

| Dispatcher | Submits prompts and polls. |
| Bridge host | Runs Hermes Agent and the authenticated MCP bridge. |
| Executor | Does the work. |
| Satellite verifier | Checks transcript evidence read-only. |
